Submitting a job is as easy as 1, 2 3:

1- Click the appropriate form below to download a release form.

• Data Recovery Release Form
• RAID Data Recovery Release Form
• Tape Recovery Release Form
• Camera Card Recovery Release Form

This is required with all jobs submitted. It allows us to both understand what has happened to your media and allows our technicians to handle and evaluate your media.

Please make sure you sign it and send it with your media.

2- Packing your media for shipment:

If you plan on shipping your media, we ask that you place your media in an ESD (Electro Static Discharge) anti-static bag. If you don't have one, you can obtain one at your local computer store. Also, if you’re unsure how to properly remove your hard drive or digital media, your local computer store service technician can assist you. If you must ship your entire desktop, laptop, RAID tower, etc., please contact us in advance to discuss shipping methods. Make sure you provide ample and tight padding around all sides of your media, suspending the media in the middle of the package. This will help to reduce the risk of your media being damaged in transit. Again, please make sure you include the signed release form; this will ensure prompt and immediate attention upon arrival of your media. No work can be performed, including evaluation, without a signed release form.

3- Shipping your media:

We strongly suggest using a shipping method that supplies you with a tracking number and if required, insurance. Always indicate clearly on your packaging "FRAGILE".
