REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: DataTech Labs offers its customers the opportunity to cancel their data recovery job if the results of the recovery is not what they are looking for. No service fees will be charged, however if applicable, parts, evaluation fees and shipping will need to be paid and is the responsibility of the customer. However, if our customer accepts the data, they understand that they are accepting the data (as is) and agree that once data is paid for, there will be no refund offered of any type. No exceptions. Please be aware that databases can become corrupt upon the media crash and might need further database work at the expense of the customer and not DataTech Labs.
